I’m a real estate agent in PA who recently had a listing and the buyer was using A Plus Mortgage. I was a little hesitant since I had never heard of the company and they were in Florida. I call the mortgage broker Felipe Chapman & he was immediately accessible and responsive anytime I reached out to him, which was quite a few times!
