The owner didn’t return my boyfriend’s call for over TWO MONTHS. In that time, we had to store our couch in my parents’ garage for months because we lost the key and the owner wouldn’t answer the phone for us to get a replacement. Ridiculous
Great service!!! Quick to return my phone call. I had trouble with my door lock and they were there right away to help me get the lock open. Clean storage space. A+ rating!
