Super helpful. We rented a unit right after they closed, but someone called us and asked when we were trying to move our stuff in. We told him we were trying to move in that same day due to already having to extend our Uhal rental after another facility screwed us. The guy we spoke to was kind enough to re boot his system up, get our contract pulled up, and get us set up to get access to move our stuff in that day. Great customer service and very helpful. The establishment is always clean and well kept
Great experience. Instructions were clear, staff provided good customer service, and all the info was sent to my email in a timely manner. I needed this last minute and had my things in safely within a couple of hours. Price is good and insurance costs are small and worth it.
