The ABSOLUTE WORST! I was told I had to prepay ($175!) over the phone for my mother to be transpoed from Alb. Med. to Sch. Rehab. I called, gave them a CC and received a confirmation code. I was told that my mom would be picked up between 1-2pm, and to arrive at the Sch. facility just before 2. So I get there at 1:50. At 4:30 the Sch. facility gets a call saying that I have to "pay" for the transpo.
