If there is a negative one star for review I will give it to them. I am calling from a different facility to follow up on a mutual patient, the admin staff I spoke to was very rude saying she dont have time for me. I work as an admin too and never have I ever treated phone calls like that. This person is very unprofessional and shouldnt be allowed to work as an admin.
I called @ 5:30pm, said I need an emergency prescription and the lady hung up the phone. I proceeded to call back from 3 different telephone numbers to which went straight to voicemail. Whoever works here is a stone cold heartless human being as I need this medication to live and it was stolen from me. There is surely a special place in hell for this woman. I will be taking my complaint to the next level.
