I had my one-year home inspection with Ray Serenil, and he was excellent—quick yet very thorough. He identified a couple of issues the builder had missed, including an unsealed attic duct that could lead to mold. Ray let me know it was still under warranty and advised me to contact the builder. I really appreciated his attention to detail and clear guidance.
Got home from work at 7:30 to find House at 85°. I called A-Plus Mechanical, and they responded immediately. Ray was at the house within the hour. He was able to repair the AC with parts he had on his truck. Extremely reliable and professional. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
Ray is professional and he has provide us service for over 35 years. He is our go to guy....
I have used this company for more than ten years. Very reasonable and friendly and courteous. One time my air conditioning was out Ray actually brought me a portable air conditioner. Very thoughtful.Good company.
