Great communication and great to deal with.
Did good work, showed up when he said he would. Pricing was reasonable
Had an A\C issue. Capacitor at first then shutting off for seemingly no reason.
I had my one-year home inspection with Ray Serenil, and he was excellent—quick yet very thorough. He identified a couple of issues the builder had missed, including an unsealed attic duct that could lead to mold. Ray let me know it was still under warranty and advised me to contact the builder. I really appreciated his attention to detail and clear guidance.
