Process was very fluid and organized. We appreciate the ease.
Decent move in experience, but lots of small (and a couple big) things that should have been taken care of before move in: bug treatment, strong urine odor in carpet, air/water filters not changed, etc. After living hear almost 2 years, very disappointed in the property management company’s communication. It took months for us to get a working pool vac and half the time they don’t respond to our messages at all. Don’t love having to work with this company.
A+ management has provided excellent service over the past 2 years. I highly recommend it.
A plus does not care to manage the properties they rent out. They lack involvement and knowledge, if you see this sign in your neighborhood just go ahead and move.
Requests and questions are answered pretty well. When you reach a human being, the staff has been kind and helpful. I cannot in good conscience give a 5 star rating because there is not a personal connection. I prefer talking and working with humans by phone; not emails or texts or apps. I prefer the old school customer service where you can get someone on the phone to speak with and get the help you need.
