I switched to On Q Property Management for $89/month, and their attitude and professionalism are far better than what I experienced here. Property concerns I raised were met with hostility instead of professionalism. Reasonable maintenance issues, including a $5,000 gravel walkway that degraded into weeds and mud, were dismissed rather than addressed. Process was very fluid and organized. We appreciate the ease.
Decent move in experience, but lots of small (and a couple big) things that should have been taken care of before move in: bug treatment, strong urine odor in carpet, air/water filters not changed, etc. After living hear almost 2 years, very disappointed in the property management company’s communication. It took months for us to get a working pool vac and half the time they don’t respond to our messages at all. Don’t love having to work with this company.
