We have been in the place for 6 days and in the contract our place should have been professionally cleaned, blinds installed, and the fence fixed. Fence is great. The place was in just about the same condition from when we walked it as it was once we got the keys. There are not blinds in the upstairs sitting area. I switched to On Q Property Management for $89/month, and their attitude and professionalism are far better than what I experienced here. Property concerns I raised were met with hostility instead of professionalism. Reasonable maintenance issues, including a $5,000 gravel walkway that degraded into weeds and mud, were dismissed rather than addressed.
