Cody was very professional as well as his what I could call secretary. I did have a problem with my unit I think it was the recorder and camera as I understand but I met Cody after I got off work and we had that changed out within 15 minutes or less. This place was by far the most expensive but it was the closest. I called a place in Murry and it was $100 to install and $100 a month. This place was $400 to install and $120 a month. I was still fine with that being a didn't want to drive my car that far. Every day I drive my car being its only been driven three days it gives me an error 30. Nothing to do with drinking. MONEY SAVER! The staff was friendly and professional. They shared with me the story as to why they opened up their business. Most interlock places charge insane amounts. The owner had a friend who got a dui and struggled so hard to stay a float because the interlock business he was using was charging so much money!! This business was opened to help people. We all make mistakes, and are not perfect. 100% reccomend using this company over any other interlock company out there.
