Sean with a+ home inspection is one of the best in the area here in northeast ohio. He great at his job and let's you know that u can find a better home if the one you like isn't in best condition. Sean was right on time. Very professional and thorough. Went over the details of the inspection with us. We received a full detailed report (28 pages) and 45 photos the next day. Highly recommend him.
