I don't care for "AI" answering services, so I almost hung up when I called A+ and got their demented robot. I'm glad I stuck it out. Austin was fantastic. He came out the next morning and spent hours trouble-shooting several problems with a poorly installed and wonky multi-zone system. I was getting air in less than half the house, and air in the basement when it was supposed to be off. Austin came over the same day I called requesting a service call due to poor airflow and noises coming from my ac unit. He was super informative and friendly. I am so grateful for this company I signed up with a maintenance agreement for the year. Overall very happy with service and highly recommend this company!! 🙌🏼
AC went out Friday, expected a week to replace, but they were able to get it all done 2 days ahead on the following Wednesday & record time before a meeting. Paul & Alex & the crew were thorough & courteous & laid down cover before working to keep things clean & cleaned up all when done. Very pleased!!
I looked for a week for somebody who would work on a swamp cooler in Placerville and I was unable to really find anybody. I had left a message with Katie at A Plus and she called me back and scheduled a technician to come out next Monday. I already had purchased a motor for the swamp cooler so they reduced the price and installed it on time and very quickly.
