Austin came over the same day I called requesting a service call due to poor airflow and noises coming from my ac unit. He was super informative and friendly. I am so grateful for this company I signed up with a maintenance agreement for the year. Overall very happy with service and highly recommend this company!! 🙌🏼
AC went out Friday, expected a week to replace, but they were able to get it all done 2 days ahead on the following Wednesday & record time before a meeting. Paul & Alex & the crew were thorough & courteous & laid down cover before working to keep things clean & cleaned up all when done. Very pleased!!
I looked for a week for somebody who would work on a swamp cooler in Placerville and I was unable to really find anybody. I had left a message with Katie at A Plus and she called me back and scheduled a technician to come out next Monday. I already had purchased a motor for the swamp cooler so they reduced the price and installed it on time and very quickly. I called A Plus in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment to repair my AC right away. In July that is so important in triple digit heat! The technician Vitali was polite, knew exactly what he needed to do to get my system running and the price was very fair. I am recommending A Plus Heating and Air in Citrus Heights, Ca to anyone looking for a great company to help them with their heating and cooling needs.
Vitaly and his boss are INCREDIBLE. Their customer service is AMAZING from start to finish and they are so genuine and helpful. They went and picked up our part from concord and within 2 days, came out here and fixed our issue. We had so many unreasonable quotes from other companies and even a wrong diagnostic which almost cost us thousands. A plus heating and air is the best and we will be using them from here on out.
