Total hack artist. Charged for a full visit, did this and that. System still wasn’t fixed. Refused to come back. Had a real technician come out and got it done. Don’t waste your money

Have used A-Plus several times over the years. I found the service to be top notch. Quick response time, good prices and good work. Highly recommended
Place 2 calls to office and nobody bothers to call. Elderly Lady went without heat all weekend which is not acceptable. You would think they would have taken the time to call back even if they could not come to fix the problem. By the way it was just fan belt that had come off the pulley.
