I went to A Plus through the Costco HVAC program, and if I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! Teresa, Rebecca, Brandon, and Hiero were outstanding during the consultation phase, and the four-person crew who completed the installation last week were incredibly professional and highly skilled. Installation and service is prompt and flawless. The team installed the split unit in all rooms within 48 hours and even provided immediate service when a power surge caused the heat pump to go kaput. Jane and her team are prompt and provide excellent service. Strongly recommend if you plan to get new units installed.
