James is the best. Another service came before him gave us a price of 4000+ for parts and labor tried to sell us a new furnace. James came in looked at the unit, found the bad part, replaced it. Got the heat going in less than an hour. We paid parts and labor less than 300. Amazing!!! A+ is an honest business and James is very knowledgeable and professional.

James was very responsive and showed up super fast! He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it within minutes! Also his rates are extremely reasonable. He was such a pleasure to work with and very honest/trustworthy!! We will be calling him in the Spring for maintenance. You won’t go wrong hiring him!

James is professional, respectful, friendly and a quality man to work with. He is well informed and knowledgeable in hvac troubleshooting and repair. I was out of AC for three days, trying to troubleshoot myself. James fixed in about 25 minutes! Thanks and appreciate your all around workmanship!

Our heat went down Christmas Eve at 6 am. After calling one well known company and waiting 4 hours for our turn they called and said sorry but we won’t be making it today or tomorrow. I called James and he was here within the hour and fixed our heat. With it being 9 degrees outside that was invaluable. Excellent service and a Wonderful person to boot.

This was the greatest experience I have ever had with a Heating and Air company,very respectful and quality of service was amazing,me being a single mom you worry about getting taken advantage of,but of the very first few seconds he made me feel very comfortable that I would be taken care of with greatcare.Thank you A Plus,as long as you are in business,I will always use your service. And I greatly appreciate you coming out on Father’s Day.
