Very kind and helpful staff. Needed something for my father who was visiting from abroad and they went out of their way to help!!
Matthew is very nice. He cleaned my hearing aids and checked them. I have a New Year's resolution to wear them daily. We renewed the VIP program for regular checks. For Matthew's Supervisor: Please get Matt what he needs to clean ear wax. I am plagued with it, and it is the biggest drawback to wearing the aids regularly. My Physician seems to dislike doing it. Also thanks to your Receptionist, who takes care of our payment and schedules future visits, who is also so pleasant. Sincerely, Jim Arnold
