I forgot my hearing aid charger when traveling and was desperate for a replacement so I can go to work. I called several stores who would either have to order one or had one but wanted to charge me twice what I could have ordered one for. Not only did A+ have my Starkey charger in stock but they didn't jack the price up. They were knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I believe I have found my new audiology clinic.

I continuously receive unsolicited mail from this company and location for my mother who is now dead. I called to ask that they remove her from their list since we never signed up, she is dead, and my sister is an audiologist…so we wouldn’t go elsewhere. They referred me to DMEChoice.org where I have to PAY to have mom removed from the marketing that we never asked for…and if you want to add someone who has passed, it COSTS ANOTHER FEE! Shame on you, A Plus! Just handle it for us when we did t ask for your junk mail! Thanks ... read more
