My visit went very well and the technician was very pkeasant and resolved my issues quickly and efficiently.
The gentleman seem very nice but when he was done with the hearing test he only had one set of hearing aids felt like a big up sale when I asked if I could check the other ones he said to me we'll have to order them I was disappointed at that point but I still might recommend them with a warning keep and I on the prices changes. I want to make it clear when I asked him about the ones at the insurance covers didn't have them in stock you would have to order them in and then the next set for $500 with and then the next set for... read more
Excellent service all around. The price quoted for a hearing aid was higher than any place I’ve shopped, though, and that’s a big consideration moving forward.
Liked the wave tone sounds. A lot different the straight tones I've heard in the past. Service was great. Everything was explained well.
