I applied for a job at the Billings location I showed up for my orientation and the following day showed up for the buddy training and felicia wasnt there. No apology or anything for wasting my time and gas to show up and her not be there! You want your caregivers to show up for work yet you cant communicate about that? Very unprofessional.
RecommendedA-plus is a very good place to work, they work with your schedule and make sure that you are comfortable taking care of the person that you are assigned to. They are always looking for ideas and ways to make their client comfortable and make sure that the PCAs have the equipment to take care of the client. We have a weekly meeting for the staff, with concerns, safety both for us and the clients.
The Great Falls office is poorly run and has some distasteful character's employed there. They schedule caretaker's then they don't show up, if they do it's the wrong time. Sad Company. If anything, they should close down some office's in the state, due to poor quality control and the staff they offer to do the care.
I started my brother with a plus health care 2 weeks ago. I was told they might miss maybe once in 2 years. They missed 3 out of 4 of the first days. To top it off I was called at 9 in the morning asking how my brother was. I asked them why. They told me he had a fever of 104 the night before. I was not contacted. The caregiver was told to go home because her shift was over. He sat there all night alone with a 104 temperature. The ambulance was called and he has been in the hospital a week.
