I am very happy with the gentleman that installed our new Generac generator. Levi & Neal was the installer very polite gave very Good information on our new Generac generator and install was very successful. and the office lady Brittany was very helpful and made everything simple for the billing and processing as well. We purchased the Generac at the initial appointment March 12, 2026, and it was installed on May14-15, 2026. We are so happy with the whole experience that we feel it was one of the best decisions we've ever made. As Senior citizens, we finally decided to get better prepared for emergency power outages.
