David and his crew did an excellent job installing our Generac generator. They were efficient, thorough, polite, and left the area clean after the project was completed. David helped get my app and wireless connection established before he left. He also explained the operation of the system. I am very pleased with his work.
In November we got a Generac generator installed by this company. They DID drive up from KY to OH! I always got confirmation calls and the installers always communicated about their arrival. They were very professional, answered all our questions and were very thorough. They insured all inspections were made. I waited 2 months to post because I have learned (the hard way) - that is is best best to ensure quality over time! :-) I highly recommend them. They have great work ethic. Thank you!
Daren, my salesman was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He got me priced on a new Generac, 500 gallon propane tank and install. Everything was in quickly and installed in one day by a great crew of installers. Tested to be sure was working correctly and went through it all with me. Setup my tank and new line, all I had to do was get it filled by another company. Was able to sync all that up on same day to test.
The two man crew arrived as planned on 1/7 to install our new Generac. They were very courteous, worked safely, and made a good team; both participated equally. The job was done professionally, was detailed and neat. Any debris that they had was cleaned up. The job was done before projections. Well done!
A Plus has been great to work with! From the first contact to having the generator installed. I appreciate all of the detail given to the job and explaining the process to me. I would highly recommend the entire team at A Plus if you are looking for a whole home generator. I just don't know why I waited so long!
