Horrible experience. I had to finish the job myself, because they left a hole in the side of our house in the middle of winter. Also a bit worried that the electrical portion was installed poorly because some of our lights have been flickering since the installation. We brought this up to customer service and she said it was up to us to figure out with the electric company. Donnie and his coworker were great to work with. Even though the weather was extremely cold and our electric company took over four hours to show up to turn off the power, they were friendly, professional as well as very knowledgable in the installation of our generator. A six hour job turned into one that took eleven hours to complete due to our electric company not coming on time. The installers, Drew and Ryan were great! Good ole boys, who are not afraid to get dirty or work hard. They both respectful of our home and time. The company itself has been great at answering any questions and making sure our needs were met. We would recommend, especially the two installers.
I want to take the time to thank Daren, Drew, and Ryan for their professionalism, efficiency, and knowledge with the installation of my Generac. Daren came to the house first upon my request to get me a quote and set up the installation. He returned my calls immediately when I had any questions. Drew and Ryan worked tirelessly for an entire day to insure the unit was installed properly and to my satisfaction. Thanks for a job well done!!
Thank you A Plus! Gary and Gabe installed my generator on the two coldest days of the year..along with snow covered ground. The work these guys had to do regarding my installation was exceptional. I now feel relieved knowing the next time my power goes out I will not be without. I definitely will recommend your services to others.
