Had an issue with my garage door that I couldn't fix myself with the help of YouTube, and these folks were able to get a tech out the same day. They replaced my head unit, springs, rollers, and other pieces of hardware that needed replacing, and I'm very happy with the result.
I anticipated paying about $100 - $150 for two doors for the online tune-up promotion. The tech showed me a few concerns and I agreed. I had no idea you would charge me 10x what the parts cost. 8’ cables $234 each? Are you kidding me?? That’s just the start. This was a total bait and switch offer and I will be active on social media sharing my experience.
