Kasey was great! He assed the issues and was open and honest about options that could improve and eliminate potential problems I would have in the future. He did not try to up-sale me but educated me realistically on future issues I could have. He went beyond in ensuring that everything was done and made me aware of what he was doing and why. In the future I will always request for Kasey to attend to my garage door needs.
