Excellent service! I was able to get an appointment very quickly, and the person on the phone was very helpful. Our technician, Luke, was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He showed me the specific troubles with our ancient motor and door and offered us several options (repair vs. buy new). He even gave us all the discounts the company offered and I didn't even have to ask!
