I went here as a new patient today, being very anxious after YEARS of not being to the dentist. Let me just say the staff here is amazing. Each and every staff member was nice and knowledgeable. I called before my visit and set up all my insurance information so it was an easy process once i got there. The DR took all my anxiety away about a problem tooth and made me feel comfortable about a plan moving forward. Did not hesitate to make my follow up appointment here.
Was skeptical going to this place. The front of the building just looks as horrible as the care is in this building. I had to pay over $2,000 CASH out of my own pocket. They were eager to fix my root canel knowing what I know now I wish I never went there. I had good insurance but since they wanted to push me into doing it the day I came in I realized they didn’t approve it through my insurance first which made me paying out of my pockets. TLDR: STAY AWAY. I know they're one of the only dentists in the area that accept poor people's insurance but PLEASE drive further if you can. They aren't worth it. I've been going here for a few years now...kinda. I went in for first appointment and xrays in 2022. Since than, they have canceled multiple appointments but would call first to see if I could come in RIGHT NOW. One of the reasons for canceling was because they no longer took medicaid but than call me 6 months later asking me why I haven't showed up recently. Fina... read more
Great service got me in for same day emergency I saw Dr. Pratt. He was very nice and knowledgeable . Couldn't be happier look forward to future visits
