The name A-Plus could'nt be further from the truth, update it to F Rehab, because it was a total failure going here. We came here for our little one for speech therapy and was a terrible experience. Will be going back to the pediatrician to get another referral. They started off giving our toddler a toy that he was excited to play with and then minutes later took it away. My son, Kenneth, dislocated his knee cap and had to go through physical therapy for two months. He worked with Daniel, Alexis, and Michael. The staff were very friendly, professional, and caring. They were very encouraging through the entire process. We will miss seeing them.
If you are looking for a company that cares and takes pride in what they offer. DONT use A plus. We used there provider services for over 8 years and out of all the years ,all they cared about was the signing of papers for Medicaid. The only reason we never changed company's was because we also had 24 hr nursing which made up for this company. They don't pay good, no incentives, nothing. This company should be your last choice.
