I had a horrible experience with Dr Alex. She had no idea how to extract a tooth. She broke my tooth multiple times. I was about to faint as she didn't know how to do it. Finally she asked the other doctor to come and finished what she had started. I was torturing for an hour, just for a simple extraction.
Dentists are very kind and helpful. However, Receptionist Renee is the rudest that I’ve come across. I was dismissively greeted and when spoken to after my appointment I was met with lack of eye contact and when there was, it was rolled eyes, sarcasm and attitude when asked simple questions. Her demeanour was disgusting and I am appalled that they would have her as their front of house leader. Horrible!
Received wonderful service and perfect implant and dental treatment care.
