We’ll write more when our house finally finishes, but I would avoid this company at all costs. Zero accountability, zero quality control, zero project management, they blame everyone but themselves, delays after delays after delays, catastrophic mistakes that they try to hide. All the neighbors in the new neighborhood that worked with them have an unhealthy amount of horror stories, including people that used them more than once. Do NOT work with this company.

If you want to save your sanity, do NOT purchase a house built by this company. We made the mistake and purchased one and have regretted it ever since. They sell poorly built houses and then refuse to answer the phone or return calls or texts. Run..don't walk away from this builder.

I can tell you their worksites make terrible neighbors. Their excavation subcontractor was so incompetent he cut the fiber for internet and took out internet for the whole street. 2nd day of the outage, which is great for those of us who work at home. Midco is having to replace the whole line. The excavators also tore up my neighbors grass when it rolled onto their property. The subcontractor was incredibly rude as well when we talked to him.
