I can tell you their worksites make terrible neighbors. Their excavation subcontractor was so incompetent he cut the fiber for internet and took out internet for the whole street. 2nd day of the outage, which is great for those of us who work at home. Midco is having to replace the whole line. The excavators also tore up my neighbors grass when it rolled onto their property. The subcontractor was incredibly rude as well when we talked to him. Unfortunately our experience with A-Plus Construction was not great. They made us believe their low cost to build was due to their low overhead. In reality, it’s because they use the cheapest subs, and it’s visible all throughout our home. We were hoping to build our dream home, and instead the horrible experience has lead to tainted feelings about our home and the subpar subcontractors were horrible to work with.
