I took my laptop to A+ and they resolved the issue quickly and with superb customer service.
Took my computer to get diagnosed. They found the problem and recommended the fix. I relayed to them to please back up ALL data before proceeding with the procedure. This was clearly on the work order. To make a long story short, they wiped out all my data and did NOT back it up. I couldn't get anyone to give me an explanation on how/why this happened except "that technician doesn't work here anymore". An employee deleted loads of piano music that I recorded by the pianist who I hired to play for me weekly at $60.00 an hour, plus games that I had paid for $20.00, plus all the sheet music I downloaded at a cost of $5.95 per song. I never even received a sorry note from them. I still can not get it in my head why the kid did it.
