Went to restore my crashed computer and was told it's to old be saved. Spent about a half hr trying to get it running for me but to no avail. Like the customer service. I'll be back if i need any more help on my new computer
Most of the time, I have no problems with A+. They're always prompt, professional, and the prices are very reasonable. However, there is one tech there who was the rudest, most unprofessional, condescending jerk I've ever encountered! He talked to me like I was a child, and interrupted me when I tried to explain my issue. All I was doing is telling him what I had already tried and other relevant information, and he not only cut me off, he told me he was sure I was wrong, and that he'd find the "real" problem.
