I had a HP Omen Laptop motherboard issue. These guys had it resolved in a timely manner. The tech was very communicative and also asked permission for next steps just about every step of the way. While they had resolved the motherboard issue I had them upgrade my RAM as well. Overall great service, timely, communicative, all for a very reasonable price. Thank you guys!
I had gotten a win 11 laptop and did something that kept wifi from working. It didn't take them long to find and correct a conflict between 2 programs.
Wonderful job went above and beyond with the repair and did even more than what was asked and at a reasonable price and with quick pickup and on-sight repair!
I think this rating is fair do to the nice people that work their and to the owner that replied to my review and made me second guess some things. Now it would be five stars if they could just tell you the lastest to bring your PC in. Because if I would've known that I could've kept it for a bit longer I would have been much happier.
