I had an issue with my 2yr old Toshiba laptop. Called Staples where I originally purchased the unit. I was told - just to check it out, the cost would be $159, which if repairs would be made, that would be applied to any repair work. I'm on a fixed income, so I took it to A+ on W Jefferson Blvd., since by phone, I was advised they offer "free estimate" to access any issues.
