Refused to do a simple soldering repair job, was kind of a dick about it and wouldnt even refer me to anyone who would be willing to do the work. Quoted me a figue to do a repair that was approx 50% of the laptops total worth. I ended up buying a soldering iron and fixed it myself for less than \$20, price of the tools included.
