My light-colored carpet is beautiful again. Paul was very easy to communicate with and takes every precaution with furniture (cute little bumpers to keep prevent damage). My carpet was not excessively wet and dried quickly. It was not stiff or crunchy and feels soft.
Paul and Jim, owners, are great. They explain all the steps. They come in and do as stated on quote and the price quoted is guaranteed. We have dogs in our office and the spots on carpet were sprayed with product safe for animals. The carpets look great. THANK YOU A-Plus!
Paul and Jim have been cleaning my carpets for over 10 years. They are the best in the business and so easy to work with. I have old carpets and I always tell Paul, I don’t expect a miracle when it comes to stains but every time their workman ship gets a A+. I will always have them clean my carpets as long as I can. Great couple of gentlemen.
