Tried calling. Was answered with "Hello" and I had to ask if I was calling A Plus then it just seemed like he really didn't want to do the job.

I called them out to look at my ice maker. $130 just to come out. The guy couldn't make a diagnosis so he reset it and told us we probably just needed to replace it. Called about a week later to have him replace it, and he said I'll get it ordered. I then asked for a quote first, which he said absolutely. Never heard from him again.

Not impressed. Had an issue with our fridge that "apparently" parts were ordered for. Days, weeks, almost two months went by. They never reached out regarding status of the part, and I had to check with them multiple times. I didn't appreciate that lack of communication. I had another company come look and they were able to order the part the same day. I saw someone had a similar review below that I wish I had seen prior to calling A+ Appliance. Won't be using them again for any issues.

Called in the morning to have someone look at dryer. Sent a picture of serial number and they had Mason come out by lunchtime, with part in tow. They were upfront about cost and fixed it in about 45 minutes. Will definitely recommend them again!
