Refrigerator was leaking underneath. Blessed that Mason was able to get to me sooner that 2 weeks out as most companies had no openings. Very kind, knowledgeable and thorough with his diagnosis on a Friday. Parts were in on Monday and he came, replaced and repaired after 5 pm. Huge compliment to his work and fair pricing. Now a permanent contact in my phone for appliance repair! Great job and you definitely earned a customer ❤️

Tried calling. Was answered with "Hello" and I had to ask if I was calling A Plus then it just seemed like he really didn't want to do the job.

I called them out to look at my ice maker. $130 just to come out. The guy couldn't make a diagnosis so he reset it and told us we probably just needed to replace it. Called about a week later to have him replace it, and he said I'll get it ordered. I then asked for a quote first, which he said absolutely. Never heard from him again.
