Not impressed. Had an issue with our fridge that "apparently" parts were ordered for. Days, weeks, almost two months went by. They never reached out regarding status of the part, and I had to check with them multiple times. I didn't appreciate that lack of communication. I had another company come look and they were able to order the part the same day. I saw someone had a similar review below that I wish I had seen prior to calling A+ Appliance. Won't be using them again for any issues.
Called in the morning to have someone look at dryer. Sent a picture of serial number and they had Mason come out by lunchtime, with part in tow. They were upfront about cost and fixed it in about 45 minutes. Will definitely recommend them again!
Freezer fan went out in our fridge, called A Plus who sent someone out to diagnose the issue. Told us he would need to order a part, which was currently in Dothan, and he'd have it one or two days to come back and perform the repairs. $130 fee. A week went by, two weeks, three weeks - today is one month from the day the technician originally came out. Mason came out to fix my fridge that quit cooling out of nowhere. He showed up when he said he would, figured out the issue quick, and had it running again before I knew it. Super nice guy and fair pricing.
My washer wasn’t draining right and they had it figured out in no time. Friendly, respectful, and priced fair.
