Worst company I have ever dealt with. Sharon will not answer the phone because she recognizes my phone number. I put in a request with my American Home Shield warranty company on March 28, 2023. Today is July 10th . AHS says they are waiting for the diagnosis from the A plus appliance. That means the repair shop has done nothing to repair my fridge
worst one ever. I didn't check other feedback after my service order has been over a month, wanted to see what others said about this company. I should have done the research beforehand. So stay away from this place. Never return our call, and didn't get any fixed for us
Tom was out to repair our washer twice. He said he needed to check the availability of a part. No communication for over two weeks. I called the office, was put on hold for 20 min. I then was disconnected. I had my husband call and he was disconnected.
