I'm a very pleased with the technician who visited, diagnosed and solved our A/C problem. He was Very friendly and know his stuff very well.
I had a heat pump, water heater and furnace installed through A Plus. The entire experience was very smooth. Ahmad was my contact and he was clear and prompt throughout the process including helping with the rebate process. Farid and Daniel were on site for the installation. They were able to complete it in a day and showed up ok time. Despite unforeseen challenges, they worked hard all day, kept me updated and answered any questions. Cleaned up the place very well as well. I am happy with the service!
