I am not happy with the fact your technicians are not allowed to connect newly installed equipment to a breaker or install a breaker! Staff is friendly though. Last fall I had a new A/C and furnace installed, neither of my old once worked. They did the heater no problem, put a new breaker in for me for it as well. Comes the heat warning, my A/C is not turning on. The technician told me there was no breaker in the penal for the A/C to connect it to. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly
We have had a very harsh start to our summer this year. The temperatures went sky high in the past couple of weeks. Our old AC was struggling to keep up. I called APlus on one of the hottest days and they were able to send two technicians with in a few days to replace the old system. I was thrilled with the service they gave us! My husband was thrilled with the price!!! Thank you for all you do Rashid and all the folks at APlus! 15 out of 10!
