Good experience from start to finish! My furnace was recently red-tagged, and through Home Depot I met Mr. Syed. He explained my options, pricing, and product details clearly and promptly responded to my calls. The installation was done by Mohammed, who clearly knew what he was doing, with assistance from his colleague Noah. They took the time to address my concerns and went above and beyond with the little requests I had about noise, force of the air in vents, covering an open wire which was not even related to this job.
