Jason came by to do an inspection on both the furnace and AC. Was very pleasant, knowledgeable and took the time to provide a walkthrough of how to use my ecobee thermostat. Great customer service and I will be booking with A-Plus air again.

Within hours of reaching out through their website, we were able to connect, discuss our issue, book a next day visit for diagnosis, and same-day fix. Bit pricey all-in, but they don't waste your time or money taking shots in the dark at your issues in isolation. Would have preferred a better cleanup of the area before they left, but it wasn't anything that took more than 3 mins to tidy up.
