We had a great experience with the service team! Jordan and Jordan, provided excellent service and quickly fixed the issue with our heating system. They arrived right on time as scheduled, communicated clearly over the phone, and showed a high level of professionalism throughout. recommended!
We have been using aplusair over the years when we needed minor furnace repairs. We most recently had them clean our ducts. Their service is always very professional and they have great communication in regards to arrival time and explaining what's needed. We would highly recommend them!
A-Plus Air..is nothing short of honest reliable and well experienced with great service! Enercare came for our semi-anually maintenance and their serviceman tagged our furnace with an (A) out of service, and indicated our heat exchanger was defective. It was not! They lied! A-PLUS saved us from spending unnecessary money for a new furnace and made sure our furnace was up and running. Thanks A-Plus Air!
I got the pleasure of meeting the owner of this company again after 35 years and his personality was shining like it did back then differences. I’m an adult now so 35 years ago my parents just got separated and we moved into our new home in Stoney Creek a few weeks later our furnace broke. My mom was in no position to afford a new furnace the owner of this company came to our home replace the furnace and give a A lively gift that was remembered 35 years later integrity a caring heart goes a long way.
