I got the pleasure of meeting the owner of this company again after 35 years and his personality was shining like it did back then differences. I’m an adult now so 35 years ago my parents just got separated and we moved into our new home in Stoney Creek a few weeks later our furnace broke. Called A-Plus Air after having several other companies in to repair our roof top unit here at Grimsby Chevrolet. Others had told us the roof top unit needed to be replaced, one company said repairs at a cost of $10,000. A-Plus Air come right away and the tech (Andrew)solved the issue with replacing worn parts. The best part is they repaired it for under $1000. If you need residential or commercial heating or A/C repairs you definitely want to call A-Plus Air. Top notch company. Trustworthy and reliable.

We have used aplusair for 20 years. Communication is excellent—quick call backs, reminder calls of upcoming appointments, and technician calls on the day of appointments, to let us know what time they will be there. Technicians are always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. To have the same very capable technician return a year or two later (Jason, in this case) tells me that the company must be treating their employees fairly. Thanks for customer service that is well done, a rarity these days.
