we had a clogged kitchen sink and had this company come out last night to take a look. the plumber literally went to menards and got draino and poured the full gallon down the sink where it sat all night. he said he needed a bigger tool and would get it from the office and return today. when he poured the draino in the sink and looked at the pipes it began rapidly spilling all over the floor . no bucket and no mats to protect our hardwood flooring. meanwhile my family is sitting all evening in the fumes from the chemicals. t... read more
