Incredible people and facilities. Always there for the customer and go above and beyond!
The 5’ by 10’ unit was very clean when we moved in and it was the right size for the Christmas decorations, extra household things and tools. The whole place is easy to access in your own time frame. Good price and easy to set up rental by phone.
After several years with Big Dog Storage, I would highly recommend them!
The owner Hartley was very kind and understanding when I had to cancel my account without proper notice due to financial struggles. He could have charged me for a whole extra month because I cleared out my unit after my bill was already past due by several days. I really appreciate his kindness.
