Don’t Ever rent a apartment from this place. They are very Rude. They will keep your security deposit and raise your rent every year. They are pathetic
I've been here for 7 years and I haven't had a problem since I moved in. I stay to myself and so does the people in the other units. I have never had trouble with anyone here. The apartment building is always quiet and kept clean. The management team are the best! They are always available and responsive to any maintenance needs or questions I may have no matter what time I call. My experience here overall has been great.
DO NOT STAY HERE! They did not refund any of my deposit even though I kept the apartment clean. They charged $90 extra and I sent a check which they cashed!!! They tried to double dip on the payment by sending me to collections!! Also, they have a window with gunshots holes in it that the owner refuses to fix. The manager there is also creepy and gave me an uneasy feeling.
They also rent apartments but don't follow the rules of the fair housing act. When brought it to there attention they wouldn't even look at my cellphone where I had brought up the rules from humanesociety.org. I have officially filed a complaint with HUD for discrimination since they wouldn't even take my application..
