I've used this service for several months now and could not be happier with my care givers. There were a couple of false starts but the staff worked with me to find the perfect fit, for 3 mornings/week and one 5 afternoons/week. I would rate both of them A++!! The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. If for some reason one of my caregivers cannot come one day, they notify me and start calling to find a replacement.
I love my caregivers, they have improved my quality of life all around.. I am so grateful and I Highly recommend at home care :)
The team here really cares about what they do. Laura has been amazing to get to know and has helped me better understand how they support and serve people. You can tell their hearts are in it.
Thank you to A Place at Home. The caregiver, Alisa, that has been matched with my Dad, has been a godsend for us. Her being there has allowed my Dad to stay out of the hospital for 5 months, after consistently going to the ER every other month for 2 years. Alisa’s personal care to my Dads needs and personality has been wonderful. This service has taken a huge stress off myself. I work and cannot be there on a daily basis.
