The whole reason I was here was that I followed thieves who stole my EV scooter which was GPS tracked. They have a storage container here that they used to hide all of their victims belongings. The thieves were caught and arrested. This storage place needs to do a better job of making sure that their business is not used for criminal activity.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Save yourself a LOT of grief. ZERO response from management. Gave plenty of notice that we were leaving, no response from them. However they continue to charge my credit card and continue to refute as I am no longer using them. Don't Use Them.

Beware - vacated unit and they are still charging me. Can't reach owner, only call center who is no help and frequently confused. We used their Krum location for about 2.5 years and had no trouble. The unit was reasonably priced. HOWEVER, when I decided to vacate the storage unit I gave a 45-day notice. I called their number, which goes to a call center out of country, and you can't ever reach the owner. About a week before the end of May I called again to verify I was moving out as of 5/30/25. Stay away from this place!!! It has been 3 months since I notified them I would no longer be parking here and I am still being charged! I have to dispute the charge EVERY SINGLE TIME.

How do you get someone to call you back? Renting a unit should not be this difficult. I talked to their answering service twice and also emailed them. Lack of response before the sale usually indicates poor customer service after the sale so were moving on…
