The owner is vindictive and petty. Don’t be fooled by her fake niceties. She purposely left dye on my hair even after I asked her was it time to wash it out. My hair was down my back. Even after she rinsed the dye out knowing she left it on way to long, she did not give me the proper conditioning. She is a evil person. The owner Shereece has a stinky attitude. She’s very plastic but if you really observe her, you’ll discover just how mean and nasty she is. She purposely left hair color on my hair too long and my hair fell out. My hair length at that time was far beyond my bra strap in the back. This was after I specifically asked her had the color been on my hair too long. I use to purchase the gallon size Wen shampoo $200) for her.
