This was my first time booking with Josh, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! He did an incredible job grooming my dog, Copper. He took his time, paid attention to every detail, and truly went the extra mile. Copper came home looking so handsome, clean, and stylish! We have been bring our fur babies to Picture Perfect & Vickie for many years & NEVER had one issue! I took my Cat in today & within 30 min. they said she was finished. I asked if all the things I asked for were done & they replied YES! I got her home & well lets just say she was not completely dry...her tidy was less than tidy & they charge me $85.00. I had to do it myself upon bringing her home. New ownership....just not the same & we will not be returning which is sad because my babies liked it there. Lisa Duda
