Scam! Going to the city on Elder Abuse on this! Please read entire review. My mother in law recently used A-Petes and after paying $250 for a rodding, she was then told it would be an additional $750 to rod out her entire (6 inch pipe) sewer line. They told my mother that they only use a two inch cutter, and her line was now open, and that was the service they provide for $250. I have used A-Pete's numerous times, and depended on them to do my flood control rodding (to remove tree roots). To make a long story short, the last time they came out, they forgot to plug the ejector pump back in, causing an issue a few months later where waste water was not flowing to the city sewer properly. Now if the gates were lubricated properly by them, this still would not have caused an issue, but apparently they were (via a third-party inspection later) not lubricated properly/completely either.
