It’s easy for me to recommend Pet Villa because I spent many years working with dogs and cats myself. You’re fur baby might not get a tv in their kennel but I promise they wont care! They’ll be too busy playing, sunbathing and getting love from the staff. It’s set up in a way and monitored to prevent a lot of issues I’ve seen firsthand at places like Petsmart (like overexcitement from the wrong kinds of stimulation that can lead to fights). George loves A Pet Villa! He’s so happy when we take him there, wagging his tail, receiving lots of love from the staff, and playing with his doggie pals. We can see by observing George’s behavior that it’s a great place for him. The staff is so friendly. They go the extra mile to keep me informed on how George is doing if he’s boarded, and provide detailed information on how he does in daycare at the end of the day. He gets personalized attention, which confirms for us that George is in good hands.
I would not recommend A Pet Villa if you care about the safety of your pet. Staff was aggressive and unwilling to give a tour and explain why they didn’t provide a live stream of the ‘big dog’ room (given they have a live stream of the ‘small dog’ room). I felt like my pet was neglected when there. My pet is horribly sunburnt. Again, I do not recommend this place if you want a trustworthy and caring pet sitter.
I was worried my dogs Carebear and Pooh Bear would miss me. But they run inside when we return -like okay mom, you can go. They’re pretty happy here. Actual photos of doggos waiting to jump out of car at Pet Villa. The staff takes extra care to follow special diet instructions to make sure my kids are happy.

Our dogs love this place! The people worker have shown great patience and love to our boxer/husky & staffie. Whether it's for daycare of overnight stays - this is our place of choice!
