These girls have cleaned my house every other week for almost a year now. They are always considerate, polite, and pay attention to my specific requests. They speak English which was the problem with both of the previous services I tried. The cost came in about the middle of quotes I received. The less expensive services use non English speaking cleaners. I found it impossible to communicate my needs. Horrible management. I called to cancel repeated service but they never took me off the books, got charged a $60 lock fee (which they took out of my bank account without the heads up or telling me they were going to do this) for a visit I wasn't expecting because I canceled repeat service, and don't even get my phone calls returned to resolve the situation. They would rather have a one time $60 lock out fee than a repeat client for much more $$$.
What a wonderful cleaning service! The office and staff are very friendly, easy to speak to, and very professional. My house looks and smells so clean. I don't have to clean up everything and now I have so much free time! I can't wait until my next appointment!
