The service was good but the outcome was average, I took nine VHS tapes in to be put on DVD and jump drive and they only did three VHS tapes.I know there were more valuable moments of my daughter growing up and family but they said there was not so I took to another place and they were able to retrieve those moments so I don't think they wanted my business and didn't care what was on the VHS tapes and I think I was over charged for the little footage that I got.
Quality work by really nice people at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
