I love this place! Amy and Miranda are passionate and committed to helping people live a whole and healthy life. If you need that extra push/pull they understand and know how to help. I highly recommend them if you are in the spokane valley area.
A Personal Fit motivates and inspires me to work hard for my health mentally and physically. These girls live by testimony/lifestyle and it's contagious!!!!!!! Amy and Miranda give personal investment to their clients because it is a relationship, not a business for them.
I love APF. If you want a smaller group setting for classes where you can make friends this is it! And you’ll get fit too. The coaches are always watching to make sure your form is correctly AND you it doesn’t matter your fitness level...There is always a way to modify!!
