This is the second time we used Dan and his assistant. We are very satisfied with the work they did. Love the price, flexibility, and touch up corrections. Our place looks great.
We have worked with Dan, the owner of A Perfect Touch Painting for a few years on both our house and cabin. He has been extremely professional, fair priced, and prompt. He does GREAT work! Dan and his crew do a great job prepping the house prior to Painting and the paint stays on the house for years.They use Sherwin Williams products, and after many years after he painted, our house still does not need to be painted! Dan Kotek broke my new gutter system. Construction company could not understand why he went through the work of removing downspouts (and missing parts). Would be simpler to cover paint around. Removing the down spouts voided the warranty and broke the ports to gutter. Also twisted downspouts causing the system to leak entirely. He sprayed paint over: storm door window, randomly spray new ceiling fan, new steel hood range. There were various paint drippings on hardwood stairs and all on the inside of the railing.
