No wonder all the reviews are terrible. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I purchased my Groupon. The Lady who did my nails was very rude and unprofessional. She was short and I also felt kinda rushed. I had talked to someone about the time and day scheduled so I felt it was inconvient for her to get me in to have my nails done. I did not get my full service I paid for and had to come back 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I would not recommend.
I really enjoyed my experience. Beth was nice, friendly and I would definitely recommend
Had difficulty scheduling and had to book weeks in advance only to have the owner cancel less than 30 minutes before the appointment to ‘help her son with something he needed for college’. When I tried to call back she wouldn’t answer. So unprofessional!
💅🏾 When “treat yourself” turns into stress yourself 😩... Booked a gifted manicure at The BeYouty Bar 2 weeks in advance only to be texted 11:13am to push my appointment back to 1:15pm. We were already on our way— because we stayed 25 minutes from the place and we didn’t want to be late due to traffic.
