This place should not even deserve one star. The lady was rude besides the fact that i have been waiting since 8 o'clock in the morning and it's now 855. She could have been nicer and maybe did some kind of offer. Instead she was rude and said there was nothing available. I would have to call

Terrible experience. The lady was rude and unfriendly while doing my wife's nails. The manicure itself was rushed and poorly done, without any attention to detail. The lady is just plain rude. I had to hear about it the whole way home after picking my wife up. How hard is it to be friendly and kind when you are providing a manicure?

I do not recommend this shop. I purchased a Groupon for a pedicure and booked an appointment. I received a text the day before the appointment telling me the appointment was cancelled because 'they have a policy to not allow people who have no-showed before to book an appointment.'. I had no idea what they were referring to as to my knowledge have never stood anyone up for an appointment. When I inquired, a return text stated it was in 2021.....5 years ago. Um ok. When “treat yourself” turns into stress yourself ... Booked a gifted manicure at The BeYouty Bar 2 weeks in advance only to be texted 11:13am to push my appointment back to 1:15pm. We were already on our way because we stayed 25 minutes from the place and we didn’t want to be late due to traffic.
