I can’t believe this but after doing a fine job in the past I couldn’t get this business to return calls. Had to call from a different work number to get them to pickup. Saying his workers work on commission and they don’t like doing modern homes like ours. Will no longer recommend this business for poor customer service.
Friendly, flexible, professional and thorough.
The young man was very proud of his job, he was very polite and responsive. We like his quality work. My neighbor asked me if I was happy with the cleaning window and I recommend him, and rapidly he contacted our young man to get an appointment for his house. A great local, family owned business. The guys were fast, professional and thorough! My windows look great! And the cost was very reasonable as well. In addition, they offered advice and recommendations for a couple of windows that have broken seals. I will call them for my future cleaning needs!
These guys are professional, skilled and overall excellent at what they do. They were prompt for both estimate and cleaning my windows. All windows are spotless, and they use all natural/environmentally friendly cleaning products. On top of it all, they’re generous philanthropists and genuinely care about their work and the welfare of others. I highly recommend them.
