I have been using this company for 6 years now and have no complaints. Jerrard never misses appts and always does what he says he'll be doing. His prices are fair and he always takes time to explain the settings he's put on the timer.
Worst experience ever if I could give a negative star I would. This person did nothing at all that he was hired to do, and when confronted about his complete laziness and incompetence screamed that I was a F...in A..hole and hung up on me. This guy is worthless use at your own risk.
Returned initial call promptly. Arrived on-time. Excellent work product and customer service. Highly recommend this service.
