Dennis was terrific. Showed up on time, looked at the issue, provided estimate and overview of repairs and explained potential variables. Updated me as the work progressed and when completed provided easy way to pay. Very friendly and great customer service. Would highly recommend.
My 1 year old mother had a $7000+ bid for a new water heater and water shut off valve from AAA Plumbing and Heating. We didn't think it was needed and A Perfect Plumber confirmed there was no gas leak (AAA said there was), said the water heater should last a few more years and only charged $400+ for the water shut off valve and did a great job. Appreciate the honesty and putting the customer first!
Daniel did a great job repairing our kitchen shut offs and installing a new garbage disposal. He was on time, did good work, and gave honest feedback on the plumbing in our house. Add in a transparent and fair price and we’d happily use A Perfect Plumber again!
Mitch is great! We had him out to replace a sink and the plumbing associated with it. He did an awesome job. Everything looks much better and is working great. We had him out again to deal with a separate drain issue and he was thorough in getting to the bottom of the issue. Great company with thorough, diligent plumbers.
